Mas Bruguière - L'Arbouse
AOP PIC SAINT LOUP - RED (2024) - 75CL
This cuvée is crafted to offer immediate pleasure while expressing the elegance of its terroir. It displays a medium-intensity garnet hue with delicate purple highlights in its youth.
The nose is refined, expressive, and instantly appealing, revealing the freshness and vibrancy of ripe fruit. Layers of red and black berries—raspberry, blackberry, and blueberry—unfold gracefully, enhanced by subtle smoky undertones that add depth and complexity.
On the palate, the wine is beautifully balanced and generous, combining roundness with remarkable aromatic freshness. The structure is supported by well-defined, firm tannins that integrate seamlessly with the fruit, leading to a harmonious and lingering finish.
Best served at 15–16°C (59–61°F), this wine pairs effortlessly with convivial and flavorful dishes such as charcuterie, slow-cooked meats, grilled cuts, or roasted poultry. It also shines alongside more refined pairings, including braised beef cheek with carrots, œufs en meurette, rabbit with prunes, or duck breast with cherries.
